沈局辖内铁路旅客甲型H1N1流感知识与态度研究

Investigation of the Train Passengers＂ Knowledge and Attitudes Towards Influenza A/HIN1 in Shenyang Railway Bureau

目的了解沈局辖内铁路旅客的甲型H1N1流感的相关知识和态度,为更好地开展铁路甲型H1N1流感防治工作提供参考依据。方法采用多阶段整群抽样方法,对随机抽取的车厢内的每一位旅客进行自填式问卷调查。结果 ＂甲型H1N1流感是呼吸道传染病＂的正确率是65.3%;62.7%的旅客对于个体患病后的治疗比较有信心。结论不同性别,不同年龄,不同职业,不同文化程度在甲型H1N1流感知识、态度上存在显著差异。

Objective To better know passengers＇ knowledge about the influenza A/H1N1 and attitudes to the prevention and cure of influenza A/ H1N1, a survey was carried out on trains under the jurisdiction of Shenyang Railway Bureau.Methods 2336 passengers on the trains were selected for Multi-Stage cluster sampling to fill in a questionnaire.Results The right rate of the question ＂Influenza A/H1N1 was a respiratory disease＂ was 65.3%. 62.7% of the respondents were confident on the cure.Conclusion Passengers of different sex, age, career and education showed significant difference in the knowledge and attitudes towards influenza A/H1N1.
