微创治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿可行性研究

Study of Clinical Strategy of Minimally Invasive Treatment for Breast Abscess in Lactating

目的评估以高频超声引导穿刺、冲洗治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的临床应用可行性,探讨治疗中的处理策略。方法回顾性分析广东省潮州市妇幼保健院2002年12月～2010年1月期间,以高频超声引导126例经穿刺、冲洗达到微创效果治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿的临床资料。结果 119例乳腺脓肿在超声引导穿刺、冲洗后痊愈,治愈率达94.4%。7例微创治疗无效后改为手术治疗。结论微创治疗哺乳期乳腺脓肿是一种有效、安全、可行性强的方法。注意临床处理策略：如乳晕区脓肿、脓肿较大宜选择断奶后治疗。微创治疗可取得比传统切开引流术更优的效果,有良好的临床应用前景。

Objective To evaluate the feasibility of minimally invasive treatment for breast abscess in lactating and discuss the treatment strategies during the operation. Methods The data of 126 patients undergoing minimally invasive treatment for breast abscess in lactating during the period December 2002 to January 2010 in Chaozhou Women＇s ＆ children＇s Hospital reviewed. Results Minimally invasive treatment for breast abscess was successfully perform in 119 cases , The cure rate was 94.4%.7 patients received mastostomy instead of minimally invasive treatment.Conclusions Clinical strategy of minimally invasive treatment for breast abscess in lactating is an effective,safe and minimally invasive surgical technique.To clinical treatment strategies：as areola area and a big choice of abscess after weaning. Therefore, clinical strategy of minimally invasive treatment for breast abscess in lactating can achieve similar or better consequence than traditional surgery.
