目的探讨循证护理在剖腹产中的应用,遵循科学的原则,提高护理质量。方法将240例剖腹产产妇分成干预组（120例）和对照组（120例）,寻求护理实证,制定最佳护理方案。结果剖腹产产妇得到最佳护理,机体恢复好,有效预防并发症的发生,提高母乳喂养成功率,从而提高了护理服务质量。结论将循证护理应用于临床,对剖腹产产妇实施科学优质护理服务,增强护理科学性,提高患者满意度。

Objective to study Evidence-Based Nursing in cesarean application, improve the quality of nursing follow by scientific principles. Methods 240 cases were randomly grouped in intervention group （120 cases） and comparison group （120 cases）, seek nursing evidence, developing the best nursing program. Results Caesarean mothers will get the best care, body recovered well, prevent complications effectively and improve breastfeeding success rates, thus enhancing the quality of nursing service. Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing was applied in clinical; a scientific quality of the caesarean section maternal care can enhance nursing scientifically, and improve patient satisfaction.
