眼外伤致视网膜脱离的法医学鉴定

Medicolegal Identification of Retina Detachment Caused by Ocular Injury

目的讨论外伤致视网膜脱落的法医学鉴定。方法选择与外伤直接有关的2例视网膜脱离和1例高度近视患者受外伤后发生的视网膜脱离进行的观察,分析视网膜脱离进行眼的观察,分析视网膜脱离的原因、机制及特点。结果眼外伤和高度近视都易发生视网膜脱离。结论视网膜脱离的法医学鉴定难度较大,要综合考虑各种因素,做出正确的结论,为司法审判提供依据。

Objective The purpose is to investigate the forensic science identification of retinal detachment which was caused by ocular trauma. Method To select 2 caused by ocular trauma and I case with retinal detachment who has a high degree myopia,trough checking their eyes,analysing the injural causes and characteristics. Result Ocular trauma and high degree myopia both easily cause retinal detachment. Conclusion The forensic identifiction of retinal detachment is difficult,we should take into account all kinds of facters,and have a precise conclusion,in order to provide the evidence for judgement.
