摘要
为提高输送带带芯与覆盖胶的粘接强度,研究了粘接温度、粘接时间和各组分用量对粘接性能的影响。结果表明:温度、时间、橡塑共混比、增塑剂和氢氧化铝的用量等对其拉伸剪切强度有较大影响。
In order to increase the bonding strength between thermoplastic elastomer and the core of conveyer belt, the effect of bonding temperature, time and content of every ingredients on bonding property was investigated. Results show that, temprature, time, blending ratio, content of plasticizer and alumininum hydroxide have strongly effect on bonding property.The bonding strength of preprated TPE and core of conveyer belt as high as 7.6 MPa.
