Preparation of Spray Cotton Binder with High Elasticity

运用核－壳乳液聚合方法制备了高弹性耐水喷棉胶。研究了主单体、官能单体、乳化剂、改性剂、聚合方法等对乳液性能的影响。实验表明：该乳液胶能满足对喷棉胶回弹性。

Using core-shell emulsion polymerization have prepared the spraying cotton binder with high elasticity and water resistance. Effect of main monomer functional monomeremulsifier modifier and polymerization methods on properties of the emulsion were studied. The test shown that the emulsion can satisfy the demand for return elasticity and washing resistance as well every properties of spray cotton binder.
