儿童外阴瘙痒病因探讨

Investigation of Etiology of Vulvar Itching in Children

目的分析儿童外阴瘙痒的病因,探讨最佳的治疗方案。方法对入选的185例外阴瘙痒儿童详细询问病史及仔细进行体格检查,并进行阴道分泌物培养,必要时行局部皮肤活检。结果 185例病例中,非特异性细菌感染引起瘙痒110例(59.46%),非特异性刺激引起瘙痒33例(17.84%),特异性病原体感染10例(5.41%);外阴蛲虫病引起瘙痒5例(2.70%);异位性皮炎引起外阴瘙痒15例(8.11%);外阴皮肤病引起瘙痒9例(4.86%)。结论非特异性细菌感染和非特异性刺激是引起儿童外阴瘙痒的主要原因,但其它原因也不能忽视,应针对病因给予正确的治疗。

Objective To analyze the cause of children′s vulvar itching and explore the best treatment options.Methods The detailed inquiry and careful examination were performed in selected 185 children with vulvar itching.Vaginal secretion culture was done and local skin biopsy was performed if necessary.Results Among the 185 cases,One hundred and ten cases （59.46%） were found non-specific bacterial infection,thirty-three cases（17.84 %） were non-specific stimulation,ten cases（5.41 %）were specific pathogens,five cases（2.70%）were genital enterobiasis,fifteen cases（8.11%）were atopic dermatitis,nine cases（4.86%）were vulvar skin diseases.Conclusion The genital non-specific bacterial infection and non-specific stimulation are the main causes of children vulvar itching,and other reasons must not be ignored.We should give proper treatment for the cause of children′s vulvar itching.
