煤气发生炉炉口部位的改造

Retrofit of Feed Inlet of Gasifier

针对煤气发生炉炉口部位存在的因高温过烧而变形损坏，导致泄漏、喷火的问题进行了一系列技改。现改为“软水常压循环”式炉口水夹套，有效地解决了问题，且具有较好的综合效益。

A series of technical renovations has been done to solve the problem of overburning due to high temeperature at the feed inlet of the gasifer, which results in deformative damage, leakage and fire spitting. The inlet is now surrounded by a water jacket with demineralized water in circulation under atmospheric pressure', and not only is the problem effectively solved but good comprehensive benefits are also obtained.
