摘要
目的:观察新型低聚合收缩后牙树脂和传统甲基丙烯酸类后牙树脂充填近中面洞的颈壁边缘微渗漏情况。方法:选取20个新鲜离体恒磨牙制备近中面洞后,随机分为2组,分别用低聚合收缩后牙树脂3MFiltekTMP90和传统甲基丙烯酸类后牙树脂3MFiltekTMP60进行充填。充填后的标本经温度循环、品红染色、近中远中向连续切片,在体视显微镜下观察颈壁染料渗透情况。结果:P90组多数标本无染料渗入,仅2例渗入不超过颈壁宽度的1/3;而P60组多数标本有染料渗入。经统计分析P90组颈壁微渗漏明显小于P60组(P<0.05)。结论:应用低聚合收缩树脂充填系统可减小近中面洞颈壁牙骨质-牙本质边缘微渗漏。
AIM:To evaluate the gingival microleakage of a low shrinkage resin composite and aconventional methacrylate resin composite after class II restorations of posterior teeth.METHODS:Class II cavity was prepared on the mesial surface of 20 freshly extracted human molars.The teeth were randomly divided into 2 groups and were filled with low shrinkage posterior resin composite 3M FiltekTM P90 and conventional methacrylate posterior resin composite 3M FiltekTM P60 respectively.After thermocycling,all teeth were immersed in basic fuchsine solusion.Each sample was then sectioned longitudinally into 3 pieces in a mesio-distal direction.Dye penetrations were examined under stereomicroscope.RESULTS:The samples filled with P90 showed significantly lower gingival microleakage than the ones filled with P60(P 〈 0.05).CONCLUSION:The low shrinkage posterior restoration system can reduce gingival microleakage of class II cavities at cementum/dentin margins.
