摘要 目的:探讨载银磷酸锆抗菌剂(LZB-GC)对釉质黏结树脂黏结性能的影响。方法:选取正畸拔除的上颌第一前磨牙80个,随机分成5组,分别用含1wt%、2wt%、3wt%、5wt%LZB-GC的釉质黏结树脂黏结托槽,不含LZB-GC的釉质黏结剂作为对照组,样本在室温下水浴24h后,用DY35型万能测试机测试托槽抗拉黏结力,托槽脱落后用16倍放大镜观察去黏结界面釉质表面残留的黏结材料量,记录黏结残留指数(Adhesive Remnant Index,ARI)。结果:5组离体牙托槽抗剪切黏结强度值之间、黏结材料残留指数之间的差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在釉质黏结树脂中的添加<5wt%LZB-GC抗菌剂时,不影响其对离体牙的托槽黏结强度。 AIM:To evaluate the effect of LZB-GC on the adhesive property of dental enamel bonding resin(DEBR).METHODS:Eighty extracted first maxillary premolars were randomly divided into 5 groups.Edgewise brackets were bonded to these premolars by DEBR containing 0,1%,2%,3%,5%(wt/v) LZB-GC respectively.After bonding the specimens were stored in water at room temperature for 24 hours.DY-35 universal testing machine was used to test the tensile bond strength.The adhesive residual index(ARI) of bonding interface was recorded.RESULTS:There was no statistical difference in the shear bond strength and ARI among the five groups.CONCLUSION:The addition of 1%-5%(wt/v) LZB-GC antibacterial agent in DEBR has no effect on the tensile bond strength of metal brackets bonded to ex vivo human enamel.
