桂北地区老年人对艾滋病知识及法规知晓的调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Comprehension on Knowledge on AIDS,Law and Legislation in Aged People of Northern Guangxi

目的了解桂北地区老年人对艾滋病知识及法规的认识情况,为艾滋病(AIDS)健康教育提供数据资料。方法采用随机抽样及整群调查方法,于2008年6月-2009年10月在本院皮肤性病科就诊及体检中心所属市、县进行体检的老年人共850人,以开展预防艾滋病宣传活动形式进行艾滋病知识及法规的问卷调查,用SPSS13.0软件对数据进行相关分析。结果 850名被调查者对艾滋病相关知识知道、部分知道、不知道的百分率分别为23.40%,17.57%,59.03%,安全套的使用率为零,而85.65%的老年人对艾滋病患者存在歧视;对艾滋病法规知识知道、部分知道、不知道的百分率分别为15.24%,22.97%,61.79%。结论桂北地区老年人的艾滋病相关知识十分贫乏,缺乏自我保护的安全措施,对艾滋病病人持歧视态度;对艾滋病法规了解更贫乏。应采取有效策略,尽快普及老年人的艾滋病相关知识及其法规。

Objective To investigate the aged people＇s knowledge on AIDS, law and legistation in northern Guangxi, to provide dates and materials for health education. Methods Using the random and cluster＇s sampling methods to carry out an AIDS knowledge questionnaire survey amang 850 aged people from June 2008 to October 2009 in Department of Dermatology and Physical Examination Center in our hospital, certain statistical analyses have been made by using SPSS 13.0. Results The knowing rate of AIDS knowledge about knowing, partly knowing and unknowing were 23.40% , 17.57% ,59.03% , while the rate of using condom was zero. The knowing rate of law and legislation on AIDS about knowing, partly knowing, unknowing were 15.24%, 22. 97%, 61. 79%. Conclusion The aged people＇s knowledge on AIDS in northern Guangxi is very poor, lacking safe measures to protect themselves against AIDS, some of them have discriminatory attitudes on AIDS. The knowledge on law and legislation of AIDS is poor too. Effective measures should be taken as soon as possible to popularize the aged people＇s knowledge on AIDS, law and legislation.
