白癜风患者1051例维吾尔医辨证分析

Dialectical Analysis of 1051 Vitiligo Patients with Uyghur Medicines

目的研究在维吾尔医辨证分析中各种异常体液分型所占的比例,探讨维吾尔医基础理论与临床实际是否吻合,为制定更加有效的诊疗方案和今后的科研工作提供科学依据。方法对2002年1月-2007年12月在我院皮肤科住院接受治疗15天以上的1051例白癜风患者进行回顾性调查,将调查资料核实整理后进行维吾尔医体液辨证分析。结果在维吾尔医体液辨证分型中,涩味黏液质型所占比例最高646例(61.46%),而甜味黏液质型为最低14例(1.33%)。结论本研究的结果与维吾尔医古籍文献内容及维吾尔医学基础理论相吻合,这对我们今后的临床和研究工作提供了新的证据,需要进一步深入研究和探讨。

Objective To study the proportion of each abnormal body fluid （Hilit） in Uyghur medicines dialectical type, formulate more effective treatments for future research works, provide scientific evidence and clinical clues. Methods Retrospective investigation on 1 051 vitiligo patients who were hospitalized in department of dermatology of our hospital during 2002 - 2007 was performed and dialectical type of Uyghur medicines was analyzed. Results Proportion astringent taste balgham （body fluid-Moza tamlik balgham hiliti ） was 61.46% （646） , sweet taste balgham （ body fluid-Balghimi xerin） was 1.33 % （ 14 ）. Conclusion The results obtained coincide with Uyghur medical ancient documents and Uyghur medicine basic theory, which could be helpful for our future clinical study and provide new evidence to be discussed.
