氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合肤痒颗粒治疗阴囊激素依赖性皮炎临床观察

Curative Effect of Steroid-dependent Scrotitis Treated with Buty Flufenzmatum Ointment and Fuyang Granule

目的探讨氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合肤痒颗粒治疗阴囊激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法 85例患者随机分成两组,均口服肤痒颗粒12g/次,3次/d,治疗组外用氟芬那酸丁酯软膏,2次/d,对照组外用维生素E乳膏,2次/d。结果治疗组的有效率达88.89%,对照组为52.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氟芬那酸丁酯软膏联合肤痒颗粒治疗阴囊激素依赖性皮炎安全、有效。

Objective To observe the results of steroid-dependent scrotitis treated with Bury Flufenzmatum ointment and fuyang granule. Methods Eighty five patients with steroid-dependent scrotitis were divided randomly into two groups, treatment group and control group. Both group take fuyang granule 12g,three times a day, and the patients in treatment group were topically used Bury Flufenzmatum ointment twice a day and other pa- tients in control group were topically used vitamin E cream, twice a day. Results The effective rate of treat- ment group was 88.89% and control group 52.50%. There were significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ） between two groups. Conclusion Bury Flufenzmatum ointment combined with Fuyang Granule is an effective and safe for patients with steroid-dependent scrotitis.
