摘要
反离子的价态和浓度往往是制约浓悬浮体浆料制备的关键因素。本工作以含有不同氯化钠浓度的20vol .% 氮化硅浆料(pH =11) 为研究对象,借助于流变仪,通过稳态和动态扫描的方法研究了介质中盐浓度对浆料流动行为和粘弹行为的影响,得到与经典DLVO 理论不相一致的结果。
The valence number and the concentration of counterion are always critical to the preparation of concentrated slurry.In this work,20vol.% Si 3N 4 slurries containing various NaCl concentration at pH=11 as a example,the influence of the salt-added concentration on the flow behavior and the viscoelastic behavior are investigated using rheometer in steady and dynamic oscillatory modes.Although the results are contradict with the classic DLVO theory,the rheological properties of various slurries are consistent with each other.
