外段一点埋线术治疗原有重睑线的中青年上睑松弛

Correction of blepharochalasis in middle-aged and young double-eyelid patients with thread-burying at one point in lateral upper lid

目的:介绍外段一点埋线术治疗原有重睑线的中青年上睑松弛的手术方法。方法:在患者原有重睑线中外1/3交界处上方2mm的位置标记手术埋线的部位,应用6-0无损伤缝合线行真皮与眶隔或睑板之间埋线。结果:2008年6月～2009年12月治疗原有重睑线的中青年上睑松弛患者32例,术后重睑线形态良好,上睑均无明显红肿。29例患者术后随访3个月～1年,上睑明显年轻化。结论:外段一点埋线术是治疗原有重睑线的中青年上睑松弛的一种简单有效方法。

Objective To introduce a technique of thread-burying at one point in lateral upper lid for correction of blepharochalasis in middle-aged and young double-eyelid patients. Methods The Iocationt for thread-burying was designed at 2 millimeters above middle and lateral 1/3 point of double-eyelid. Then 6-0 non-traumatic suture was buried between dermis and supraorbital or tarsi. Results 32 patients were treated with this technique since June 2008 to December 2009. All patients reported fine double-eyelid configuration and no hematoma formation. 29 patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year and reported obvious juvenescence results of upper lid. Conclusion Thread- burying at one point in lateral upper lid is a simple and effective technique for correction of blepharochalasis in middleaged and young double-eyelid patients.
