规范类风湿关节炎的治疗 被引量：6

To standardize the therapy of rheumatoid arthritis

摘要 近年来,随着以生物制剂为主的新药的成功应用和大量临床试验的开展,针对类风湿关节炎（RA）的治疗策略不断更新,该病的诊治水平也快速提高.2008年美国风湿病学会（ACR）[1]、2010年欧洲抗风湿病联盟（EULAR）[2]（简称欧洲指南,见附录1）以及国际指导委员会[3]（简称国际指南,见附录2）分别以循证医学为基础,由风湿病学专家及患者共同讨论,科学地提出了一系列关于RA治疗目标和治疗策略的建议与指南.正确解读指南,将更好地指导我国风湿病学医生的临床工作,提高我国RA的诊治水平,使更多患者达到治疗目标.
