摘要
对低温烧成ＳｉＣ窑具中添加高纯物质对其性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明，采用此法能制得热稳定性优良的ＳｉＣ窑具。
The influence of high material on properties of SiC Kilnfurniture was fired at lowtemperture were studied, The resalt shows, that in this way, it is possible to develop SiC Kilnfurniture with good thermostability.
