子宫颈腺泡状软组织肉瘤一例报告及文献复习

摘要
腺泡状软组织肉瘤（alveolar soft part sarcoma,ASPS）是一种很少见的间质肿瘤,多见于青壮年及少年儿童,占所有软组织肉瘤的0.5%～1%,多累及肢体远端的深部软组织,表现为无痛性包块[1].ASPS偶尔也发生在女性生殖道,多见于宫颈部位.宫颈ASPS占宫颈肉瘤的不足1%.本文报道1例原发性宫颈ASPS,并复习文献报道,探讨其临床特点及诊治方法.
