摘要
颅脑爆炸伤为战时和平时常见创伤,伤员死亡率高,救治难度大,存活伤员常有不同程度的神经功能障碍。笔者在回顾近年来国内外有关颅脑爆炸伤研究的基础上,介绍颅脑爆炸伤机制、分类和病理特点,强调为提高颅脑爆炸伤救治水平,在诊治中应及时评定损伤等级,合理选择影像学检查,正确实施降低颅压和清创等措施。
Blast related craniocerebral injuries are often seen in both military and civilian setting.The mortality rate of these injuries is high and its management is difficult.The survivals often have neurological disability in some degree.Based on current research reports on blast related craniocerebral injuries,the blast injury mechanism,categories and pathological features are introduced and the diagnosis and treatment steps including the injury scoring,neurological imaging and reducing intracranial pressure,are stressed in the article for improving the management level.
