摘要
预焙炭阳极的质量直接影响铝电解生产的各项技术经济指标,由于炭阳极质量差,降低了原铝质量,且阳极消耗也居高不下。本文对炭阳极质量差的原因进行分析,并根据生产的实际情况实施提高炭阳极质量的技术措施,从而提高炭阳极的质量,保证电解槽的平稳运行。
The quality of prebaked anode can impact the economic and technological targets of aluminum electrolysis. Poor quality of prebaked anode can pull down not only the economic and technological targets, but also the quality of primary aluminum, and further increase the consumption of anode. This paper analyzes the causes of the poor quality of prebaked anode and comes up with technical measures of improving the quality of prebaked anode according to practical situation. The practice of technical measures makes the quality of prebaked anode improved and ensures the running smoothly of electrolytic cell
