经肛门内镜联合腹腔镜治疗直肠肿瘤 被引量：11

摘要 目前腹腔镜技术已广泛应用于结直肠癌手术中，其安全性、根治性及近远期疗效已得到大宗临床资料证实。但腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术仍需通过腹部小切口才能取出标本，不仅弱化了腹腔镜手术微创的优势，也无法完全避免切口种植的可能。近期我们通过经肛门内镜微创手术（TEM）设备，
