摘要
本文从哲学本体论、方法论和认识论的角度反思了什么是管理,讨论了如何对管理研究方法进行取舍,实现管理的本土化,以解决中国管理自己的问题。在此基础上,文章指出,"接轨"应该能使中国管理学者成为管理学习型共同体中的平等一员,以传承求对话,以理性求反思,以反思求接轨。用科学的理性精神对管理学进行整体的反思,以通用的专业表达方式来探索、传播管理知识,才能实现真正的接轨。
Imitation precisely after the western peers is not the intention of integration for the Chinese management academies as even more urgent propositions remain to inquire. By the management philosophy dialogue, some reflections are shown in this paper from the perspectives of ontology, methodology and epistemology, on what management is, how to choose the management research methods adequately, how to get out of the method - centered misunderstanding and localize the management research to solve the problems of our owns. We believe that integration is to become an equal member in the management professional learning community, dialogue by succession, reflection by rationality and integration by reflection. Integration can only be achieved by thinking globally and doing locally, inquiring and disseminating management knowledge with universal professional manners after the reflection on the management as a whole by the scientific rationality.
