摘要
以松香(或歧化松香)为原料,通过与不同分子量的聚乙二醇酯化,或通过与环氧乙烷加成,制备了不同聚合度的松香聚氧乙烯非离子表面活性剂。用IR和1HNMR确证了结构。通过性能测定表明它们具有良好的表面活性、分散力、乳化力和对高稠原油的乳化降粘作用。松香聚乙二醇酯(Mr,PEG=1000~1500)对高粘稠的王官屯原油(30℃粘度为90600mPa·s)的乳化降粘率大于98%。它们重要的潜在用途之一是作为高稠原油的乳化降粘剂。
Nonionic surfactants of rosinpolyethylene oxide (R-PEO)type were prepared from rosin (R) or disproportionated rosin (DR) as raw materials through either esterification with polyethylene glycol (PEG) of various adduct number or addition polymerization with ethylene oxide (EO).Their structure was identified by IR and 1 HNMR.Their performances were also determined.The results show they possess good surface activity,dispersing power,emulsifying power.It was researched to reduce viscosity of heavy crude oil (from Wangguantun region of Dagang oil field in Tianjing City,its viscosity is 90600 mPas) by forming O/W emulsions with the surfactant systems.The efficiency of viscosity reduction for R-PEO and DR-PEO ( M r,PEG is 10001500) is over 98%.
