摘要
研究了催化剂种类及用量对氧气液相氧化对硝基甲苯邻磺酸(NTS)制取4,4’二硝基二苯乙烯2,2’二磺酸(DNS)的影响。发现在水介质中以价廉易得的模拟酶催化剂,在其最佳用量w(底物)=1%、c(NaOH)=1.0mol/L、c(NTS)=0.38mol/L时,60℃下反应18h,可以获得81.8%的粗品收率,其纯度可达96.7%。DNS的结构通过核磁共振谱得以确认。
The effect of catalyst and its consumption on preparation of 4,4'dinitrostilbene2,2'disulfonic acid by means of oxygen oxidation of p nitrotoluene o sulfonic acid in liquidphase were investigated.The results showed that oxygen liquidphase oxidation of p nitrotoluene o sulfonic acid by choosing simulated enzyme as catalysts with 1% NTS( m/m ), c (NaOH)=1mol/L, and c (NTS)=0.38mol/L in water solution at 60 for 18h could give 4,4'dinitrostilbene2,2'disulfonic acid in 81.8% yield and in 96.7% purity which was determined with HPLC.The structure of DNS was confirmed by \+1 HNMR.\=
