摘要
以一氯二氟甲烷(R22)为原料,裂解成含四氟乙烯C2F4混合气,以钯为催化剂加氢合成1,1,2,2四氟乙烷(R134),以铬为催化剂经异构化制得1,1,1,2四氟乙烷(R134a)。自行设计和制作了中试合成装置,加氢的最佳工艺条件是:反应温度为80℃,V(C2F4)∶V(H2)=1∶2~1∶4,气体流速2.50~3.50m/min,C2H4的转化率为80%左右;异构化的最佳工艺条件是:温度300℃,异构化后的混合物中R134a的体积分数达72.6%。
Tetrafluoroethane (R134) is synthesized using Pd as catalyst by hydrogenation of mixed gases,containing tetrafluoroethene (C\-2F\-4),which are obtained by pyrolysis process of chlorodifluoromethane (R22).Then 1,1,1,2tetrafluoroethane (R134a) is prepared using Cr as catalyst by isomerization of R134.A pilot plant is designed and made by ourselves.The optimum technological conditions of hydrogenation for C\-2F\-4 are as follows:reaction temperature is about 80,volume ratio of C\-2F\-4H\-2=1214,flow rate is 2.53.5 m/min.The conversion rate of C\-2F\-4 is about 80%.The optimum temperature for isomerization of R134 is 300,and the content of R134a by volume is 72.6%.\=
