催化加氢法合成邻苯二胺

Preparation of 1,2Diaminobenzene by Catalytic Hydrogenation

采用ＲａｎｅｙＮｉ催化剂，在甲醇或乙醇溶剂中，温度７０～８０℃，氢压１．５ＭＰａ，邻硝基苯胺催化加氢制备邻苯二胺。加氢转化率达９８．２％，邻苯二胺精制总收率在８２％左右，纯度达９９．５％以上。气相色谱、红外等对产物进行了定量、定性分析。

Diaminobenzene reduced from 2nitro aminobenzene by contacting with hydrogen in the presence of Raney Ni catalyst has 98.2% conversion of nitro compound at 7080,hydrogen pressure 1.5 MPa and in methanol or ethanol solution. The total yield of 1,2diaminobenzene is about 82% and purity is up to 99.5%. The product is determined by GLC,IR and PC.
