以丙烯腈和氨水反应合成了3,3二丙腈胺,仲胺得率为70.7%;将其在硝酸、乙酸酐和浓盐酸体系中硝化得3,3二丙腈硝胺。当反应物仲胺与硝酸、乙酸酐和浓盐酸物质的量比为1∶2∶2∶0.09时,在35℃反应1.5h,硝化产物得率为93.4%。
Based on concentrated ammonium hydroxide and acrylonitrile,3,3bispropanenitrile amine is synthesized and nitrated to 3,3bispropanenitrile nitroimino in nitric acid,acetic anhydride and hydrochloric acid.When at a molar ratio of secondary amine to nitric acid to acetic anhydride to hydrochloric acid is 1220.09 and at 35 for 1.5h,the yield of nitration product is 93.4%.
