摘要
以二氯乙醚、甲胺水溶液和液碱为主要原料合成了N甲基吗啉。在常压下,温度控制在85℃,反应时间4~5h,原料二氯乙醚、甲胺、碱(NaOH)的摩尔比1.2∶1∶2。得到的产物经过精馏提纯,可得到纯度为95%以上的产品,精馏的收率可达94%。
N Methyl morpholine is synthesized starting from dichloroethyl ether and methylamine and sodium hydroxide.The optimum reaction conditions are as follows:the reaction temperature is 85,the reaction time is 45 hours,the molar ratio of ClCH\-2CH\-2OCH\-2CH\-2Cl to CH\-3NH\-2 to NaOH is 1.212.The reaction mixture obtained is purified by rectifying.The yield of the product is 94% and the purity is over 95%.\=
