摘要
根据我国大锻件生产企业所面临的特殊问题和挑战,以工艺技术、质量控制方法、同步制造理论、信息技术、统计学和最优化理论等综合技术为基础,提出了构建新一代大锻件工艺与质量控制系统的思想和方案,蕴涵着大锻件工艺更新换代、质量管理升级和信息系统创新等多个方面的发展项目和研究课题。它对于从根本上解决大锻件质量问题,确保实现大锻件质量控制的持续稳定,实现大锻件生产企业发展方式的转变有一定的参考价值。
In accordance with the special issue and challenge confronted by heavy forging producing enterprise in our country,based on the integrative technology such as the process technology,quality control method,synchronous manufacture theory,information technology,statistics and optimization theory,this paper has put forward the idea and plan to establish new process and quality control system of heavy forging,it contains the various topics of development,such as updating the process,quality control system and information system.It has certain reference value for resolving radically the quality problem of heavy forging,controlling continuously and steadily the quality of heavy forging,and changing over the development mode of heavy forging producing enterprise.
