摘要
将锁相技术、直接数字频率合成(DDS)技术和毫米波倍频技术结合设计了一种全相参的毫米波主动导引头频率源。分析了该设计方案中主要考虑的降低相位噪声、提高跳频速度等问题,并完成了实用化样机设计、系统联调试验及测试。结果表明试验与理论分析相吻合。
A phase coherent frequency synthesizer for millimeter wave active radar seeker is designed by synthetically using the technologies of PLL, DDS and multiplier. Some problem, such as how to lower the phase noise and upper the speed of frequency hop are analyzed in this paper. The test model is completed. The results of testing and measurement show that the design is consistent with the theory.
