摘要 将伺服驱动应用于碱性锌锰电池生产的电解液注入系统,分析了伺服驱动在注液过程中的关键问题,研究了工艺要求、硬件组成和软件设计。通过可编程序控制器(PLC)完成了伺服驱动系统的开发和设计,自行设计了伺服驱动注液机并已投入使用。单机速度可达880只/min以上,具有较高的稳定性、安全性和精度。 The servo driver was applied into electrolyte injection system of the production process of alkaline Zn/MnO2 battery, the key problem of servo driver in electrolyte injection process was analyzed, the technical requirements, hardware composition and software design were studied. The servo driving system was developed and designed by programmable logic controller (PLC). The servo driver electrolyte injection machine was self-designed and put into use. The speed of the single machine was above 880 batteries per minute, the servo driver electrolyte injection machine had higher stability, safety and precision.
