摘要 叙述了锂离子电池用磷酸铁锂(LiFePO4)正极材料的主要合成方法,如高温固相法、液相合成法,对碳包覆、金属离子(La+、Sr2+)掺杂和其中可能含有的杂质(Li3PO4、Fe3+)做了概括。介绍了LiFePO4的最新研究进展,论述了LiFePO4的基本生产情况,并对未来的发展进行了展望。 The main preparation methods of lithium iron phosphate( LiFePO4 ) cathode material for Li-ion battery, such as solidstate reaction method and liquid-phase synthesis method were described. The carbon-coating, metal ions( La + and Sr2 + )doping and impurities probably existing in LiFePO4 (LiaPO4 and Fe3 + )were discussed. The latest research progress in LiFePO4, some typical LiFePO4 manufacturers were also introduced and the development in the future was prospected.
