摘要
以丙烯替代丙醛作为相对分子质量调节剂,优化各反应器的温度,在反应压力为260 MPa,驰放气量为700 kg/h的条件下,可生产10 kV电缆专用料低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)2210 H产品。结果表明,产品熔体流动指数为0.20 g/m in,密度由0.921 5 g/cm3降至0.920 1 g/cm3,介电损耗正切由2.7×10-4降至1.6×10-4,维卡软化点由89.9℃升至92.1℃。产品性能得到改善。
10 kV cable speciality low density polyethylene 2210 H was produced with propylene instead of propanal as relative molecular mass regulator, optimizing the temperature of each reactor and at the reaction pressure 260 MPa, flow rate of purge gas 700 kg/h. The results showed that the melt flow index of product was 0.20 g/min, density decreased from 0. 921 5 g/cm3 to 0. 920 1 g/cm3 , dielectric loss angle tangent value decreased from 2.7 × 10-4 to 1.6× 10-4, Vicat softening point increased from 89.9℃ to 92.1 ℃. The performance of product was improved.
