总结了不同时间投运的2台密闭电石炉尾气回收利用的工艺流程及运行情况。针对1#炉存在的不足,对2#炉进行了改进。通过改进,较好地解决了电石尾气综合利用的问题。
The process flows and operating conditions of tail gas recycling of 2 sets of closed calcium carbide furnace that was put into operation in different time were summarized. According to the shortcomings of 1# calcium carbide furnace, the 2# calcium carbide furnace was improved. By improving, the problem of calcium carbide tail gas utilization was solved.
