摘要
如今可调谐半导体激光器的技术日益成熟,其在光通信网络的应用逐渐增加。通过介绍几种常见可调谐半导体激光器的原理及性能,阐述了其在国内外的发展现状;在此基础上指出目前供应商对通信光源的具体需求,从而为今后可调谐激光器的发展指明了方向,最后进一步对其市场应用前景进行了展望。
Nowadays the technology of tunable semiconductor laser is more and more mature, and its application in optical communication networks is gradually increasing. The paper introduced principles and performances of several common tunable semiconductor lasers, described the current development status at domestic and abroad. On this basis, latest demands about the source of light for communication were listed, those point out the developmental direction for tunable semiconductor laser in the future. At last the prospect of its market application was laid as a conclusion.
