摘要
采用某电厂实际的FGD废水和粉煤灰,掺合率1%的FGD废水模拟冲灰试验测定碳钢腐蚀速度以及污染物浓度变化,进而从防腐、环保角度探讨FGD废水用于电厂冲灰的可行性。结果表明FGD废水排入冲灰系统,不会危及设备安全,可以直接应用于水力冲灰系统。
Using the actual flue gas desulphurization (FGD) wastewater and fly ash of a certain power plant, the corrosion velocity for carbon steel and contamination concentration were measured through ash-sluicing simulation test of FGD wastewater which was blended ratio 1% so as to discuss the feasibility of FGD wastewater used for ash-sluicing in power plant. Test results show that FGD wastewater can be applied to hydraulic ash-sluicing system directly and it would not endangered the safety of equipment.
