摘要
以贵溪发电公司机组水泵为例,分析了采用闭式循环水的300 MW机组在同机2台循环水泵均发生故障时采用邻机循环水运行的可行性。提出了单机双循泵向2台机供水需解决的问题,对该运行方式下循环水量是否能满足机组真空要求及2台机组冷却水塔水位能否维持平衡进行了分析,提出了该运行方式下辅机冷却水的解决方案。总结了成功应用该方案解决同机双循泵故障后维持2台机组运行提高可靠性的经验。
Taking Guixi power plant as an example, the paper analyzes the feasibility of using circulating water from neighboring unit when the two circulating water pumps in one of the 2×300MW units in a closed water system are out of work. By putting forward a question that needs to be solved in the circumstance of relying on two circulating water pumps in one unit to supply water for two units, the paper also analyses the satisfaction of circulating water volume to the vacuum of the unit in the said case as well as the balance of water level between the two cooling water towers of the two units. And it presents a solution to the supply of cooling water for the auxiliary equipments and summarizes the experience of the Guxi power plant in maintaining the two units' operation and improving its reliability by using the above-mentioned solution in the ease of the two circulating water pumps in one unit are out of work.
