摘要 凝结水泵运行时,出口压力过高,使除氧器水位调节阀节流损失大,冲蚀严重,噪音大。对泵的流动阻力及设计富裕量进行计算,选择不同工况进行试验比对,找出原因是泵的实际使用扬程过高造成泵功耗增加。通过可行性分析,采取了取消凝结水泵末级叶轮改造方法,经实际运行证明,改造后在保证凝结水流量正常情况下,凝结水泵扬程、流量工作点更为合理,除氧器调节阀阀芯冲刷减缓,噪音降低,实现了节能降耗的目标。 Considering problems in condensate pump operation of Guixi Power Generation Corporation including high pressure in exit, large loss caused by deaerator level control valve, severe corrosion and noise, pump flow resistance and margin were calculated. The comparison result shows that increased energy consumption is caused by high lift. Through analysis, canceling last stage impeller was adopted and brought about reasonable pump lift and workplace under the normal flow. Also, it make core of deaerator level control valve slow and minimized noise, realizing energy saving and emission reduction.
