摘要
木工机床在生产过程中产生的粉尘,给生产和生活环境带来了污染。通过对各种设备在不同加工过程中产生的各式各样的碎料、粉尘情况分析,提出强化监督和管理、改进重点加工工序除尘设备、改进加工工艺过程、选用新型木工刀具、创新研究新材料、开发制品造型、实用专利产品等,达到减少和控制污染,实现清洁生产。
The dust produced by woodworking machines polluted our working and living conditions. By analysis the production process of a variety of crumbs and dust by different woodworking machines in different working process, several suggestions were put forward to control and minimize the dust pollution for clean production. The suggestions include reinforcing supervises and dust-removing equipment, Improving manufacturing cutting tool, using new materials, developing products administers, improving the processes, using new wood with new shape and structure.
