上海近代里弄住宅绿化现状调查研究——以静安、徐汇和卢湾区为例

Investigation and Reaserch of Current Situation on Lilong Residential Greening in Modern Shanghai:the Cases of Jing' an, Xuhui and Luwan Districts

里弄,作为上海最具本土特色的居住类型,具有重要的历史和文化价值。对里弄绿化进行研究,是为了更完整地保留这份文化遗产,弥补同领域研究的不足,同时为改善现存里弄绿化环境提供理论依据。本研究对上海市三个行政区中的9处代表性里弄住宅绿化现状进行调查,还原绿化种植平面图,并从种植区域、植物配置形式、树种和绿化率等方面进行分析归纳,从而得出里弄住宅绿化的演变规律,即从无到有、从散点带状布置到集中绿地、从封闭到开放等特点。进而分析里弄住宅绿化的影响力,最后对进一步研究给予展望。

Lilong, as the most typical residence in Shanghai, has important historical and cultural values. Study on Lilong residential greening is to preserve Lilong as the cultural heritage more completely, make up with the lack of research in the same field, and provide the theoretical basis for improving the landscape environment of the existing Lilong residences. This study, on the basis of nine representative Lilong residences in three districts in Shanghai, is to restore the green planting plan and find the rule of greening evolution which can be summed up into three characteristics through the analysis of the growing region, the configuration form, tree species and green rate. Furthermore, the influence of Lilong residential greening has been analysed and the outlook for the next research have been proposed.
