摘要 在二氧化氯漂白过程中,构建一种或多种pH缓冲体系,使二氧化氯漂液充分发挥漂白作用,在不影响漂白效果的前提下,达到减少漂液用量的目的。通过对不同类型pH缓冲体系配制的漂液漂白效果及其机理的分析,筛选出磷酸氢二钠-柠檬酸、柠檬酸-柠檬酸钠、磷酸-磷酸氢二钠等具有较大缓冲容量和较优漂白效果的酸碱缓冲体系,其中磷酸-磷酸氢二钠效果最佳,添加后麦草浆D0段脱木素率达到61.1%ISO,白度提高16.5%ISO,说明该pH缓冲体系为漂白过程各功能组分的有效发挥提供了良好的酸碱环境和载体。 In order to full play ClO2 bleaching effects and reduce its dose, one or several pH bufferig systems in chlorine dioxide bleaching was constructed through analyzing the bleaching effects and mechanism of different types of pH buffering systems. We found that sodium phosphate dibasic-citric acid; citric acid-trisodium citrate dehydrate; sodium phosphate dibasic-phosphoric acid buffering systems had great buffering capacity and high bleaching effective. Among them, sodium phosphate dibasic-phosphoric acid buffering system bleaching effective was best. When adding it into the bleaching liquor in wheat straw pulp D0 delignification, the rate of delignification reached to 61.1%, brightness also increased 16.5%. It means that this pH buffer system is a effective carrier and can provide a good environment for C102 bleaching.
