摘要
根据环氧丙烯酸酯的不饱和碳碳双键易受紫外激发发生自由基聚合这一原理,尝试将环氧丙烯酸酯用作纸张增湿强剂。合成了水溶性环氧丙烯酸酯(EB),借助FT-IR对其表面结构进行表征,并就其对造纸湿部性能及纸页湿强度的影响进行探讨。结果表明,EB在阳离子助留剂的协同作用下可以很好地附着在纤维上。对于35°SR的针叶木漂白浆,加入3.0%的EB经紫外熟化,纸页湿强保留率可以达到17.80%,与空白样比较提高了203.8%。
This study was established based on the principle that unsaturated carbon-carbon double bond of epoxy acrylic resin (EA) was vulnerable to occur free radical polymerization by UV radiation. In this paper, the waterborne epoxy acrylic resin (EB) was synthesized, and its application in paper making and its impact on paper properties were discussed, it was shown that EB could be well attached to fiber with the help of cationic retention aid and UV curing was the best method of curving. When bleached softwood pulp (beating degree 35°SR) were added with 3.0% of EB, paper wet strength retention rate could reach 17.80%, it was increased by 203.8% compared with the untreated pulp.
