前列腺电切术中死亡1例

摘要 患者,80岁,体质量56kg,于2007年5月8日在腰硬联合麻醉下行经尿道行前列腺电切术（transurethral resection of the prostate,TURP）.术前心肺功能正常,血钾3.6mmol/L,钠146mmol/L,氯112 mmol/L,肌酐164μmol/L, RBC 4.36×1012/L,Hct 36.2%,术日晨体温36.2℃,其余辅助检查未见异常.患者进入手术室时一般情况尚好,多功能监测显示生命体征稳定.
