2007-2009年医院内深部感染白色假丝酵母菌的分布及耐药性研究

摘要 目的了解临床分离白色假丝酵母菌菌株分布及耐药现状,以指导临床合理用药。方法回顾性分析2007—2009年临床分离假丝酵母菌的病例,采用科玛嘉(CHRO-Magar)和API 20C AUX试剂条进行鉴定、ATBFungus2进行药物敏感试验。并用WHONET5.4软件进行数据分析。结果 653株白色假丝酵母菌不主要分离于下呼吸道感染的痰液429株(65.7%),其次为尿液112株(17.2%)。白色假丝酵母菌耐药性由低到高的药物依次为5-氟胞嘧啶、两性霉素B、氟康唑、伊曲康唑,耐药性分别为0%、0%、4.6%、9.2%。值得注意的是两性霉素B剂量依赖敏感比率升高。结论临床标本中假丝酵母菌感染仍以白色假丝酵母菌为主,临床选药应根据药敏结果。 Objective To investigate the distribution characteristics , in order to provide reasonable clinical therapy albicans were collected in 2007 - 2009, CHRO - Magar of Candida albicans and drug resistance Methods Clinical isolates of Candida Candida medium and API 20C AUX identification system was apllied and Antifungal susceptibility was tested by micro - broth method. Data was analysed by Whonet 5.4 software. Result Among 653 strains of Candida albicans ,429 strains were from respiratory tract(65.7% ), next to urine ( 17.2% ). The resistance rate to Candida albieans from low to high was 5 - fluorocytosine ( 5 - FC 0% ), amphotericin B ( AMB 0% ), fluconazole ( FLU 4.6% ), itraconazole (ITR 9.2% ). However, the rate of amphotericin B dose - dependent susceptibility increased. Conclusion Candida albicans was still dominant pathogen in deep Candida infection, the use of antifungal agents should base on susceptibility results.
