麦肯基力学疗法联合PNF技术治疗交感神经型颈椎病疗效分析

MCKENZIE THE MECHANOTHERAPY UNITES THE PNF TECHNOLOGY TREATMENT NERVE CERVICAL VERTEBRA SICKNESS CURATIVE EFFECT ANALYSIS

目的探讨麦肯基力学疗法联合本体感觉神经肌肉促进法(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation,PNF)技术治疗交感神经型颈椎病的疗效。方法选取交感神经型颈椎病132例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各66例,治疗组采用麦肯基力学疗法联合PNF技术,对照组采用牵引和常规推拿手法,2个疗程后进行疗效对比。结果治疗组治愈率、总有效率分别为75.80%、98.50%,对照组分别为50.30%、80.30%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论麦肯基力学疗法联合PNF技术治疗交感神经型颈椎病疗效显著,优于牵引和推拿手法,是有效的综合治疗方法。

Methods The selection nerve cervical vertebra gets sick One hundred and thirty two examples, divides into the treatment group and control group each 66 examples stochastically, the treatment group uses McKenzie the mechanotherapy to unite the PNF technology, the control group uses the hauling and the conventional massage technique, after 2 treatment courses, carries on the curative effect contrast. Results The treatment group cure rate, the total effectiveness respectively are 75.80% , 98.50% , the control group respectively is 50.3% , 80.30% , two groups of comparisons has the remarkable difference （ P 〈 0. 01 ）o Conclusion McKenzie the mechanotherapy unites PNF the technical treatment nerve cervical vertebra sickness curative effect to be remarkable, surpasses the hauling and the massage technique, is the effective complex therapy method.
