摘要
目的合成一系列取代的5-氨基吡唑衍生物。方法以取代的乙腈和β-酮酸酯为原料,进行缩合反应,然后和肼盐或者取代肼盐进行环合。结果得到了一系列的5-氨基吡唑衍生物,平均总产率为75%。结论该方法经济、高效、操作简单,收率较高。
Objective To synthesize a series of 5 - aminopyrazol derivatives. Methods Substituted acetonitrile and different β - keto - esters were used as starting material to synthesize 5 - aminopyrazol derivatives by condensation and cyclization two steps. Results Some target compounds were in 75% overall yield. Conclusion The synthesis method is economic, highly efficient, simple for operation and good for yield.
