摘要
目的探讨鱼油对动物学习记忆的影响。方法采用水迷宫和步入法研究鱼油DHA,每天550mg/kg,连续灌胃14d对小鼠空间方位学习和记忆及回避反应的影响。结果在水迷宫测试中,鱼油组平台象限(A区)游泳距离及以平台为中心5cm环内游泳距离(E区)占总游泳距离百分比对照组显著增加28.9%和53.3%,进入A区和E区次数比对照组分别增加14.8%和40.2%。在步入法测试中,DHA显著延长小鼠避暗潜伏期时间和缩短错误次数,潜伏期延长了85.8%,错误次数减少了66.7%。结论DHA对小鼠学习记忆具有显著的促进作用。
Effects of DHA from fish oil, at the doses of 550 mg/kg, administered orally 14 days,
on the spatial orientation learning and memory abilities and the avoidance abilities were
studied in mice. In the Morris water maze test, the percentage of swimming distance in the
platform quadrant(A Area) and in the circle with a 5 cm radius from the centre of platform(E Area)
in DHA group significantly increased 28.9% and 53.3% respectively, and the numbers of
swimming across A area and E area in 1 min also increased 14.8% and 40.2% respectively in
DHA group compared with the control group. In the step through test, the time of latency
prolonged 85.8% and the number of mistakes reduced 66.7% in the DHA group compared with
the control group. The results showed that DHA improved the learning and memory abilities
significantly in mice.
