摘要
讨论了21世纪炼厂发展高硫石油焦制氢工艺的必要性和可能性,介绍了华东理工大学开发的以多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术为主的湿法石油焦(煤)气化技术,建议开发具有自主知识产权的高硫石油焦气化制氢技术,发展延迟焦化-石油焦制氢组合工艺技术,达到以焦代油的目的。
The article analyzes the necessity and possibility for 21-century refineries to develop high sulfur petroleum coke gasification hydrogen production technology and introduces wet petroleum coke(coal)gasification technology with multi-nozzle twin-type water coal slurry gasification technology as the main content developed by East China University of Science and Technology.It puts forward developing high sulfur petroleum coke gasification hydrogen production technology with Chinese characteristics and autonomous intellectual property and expanding delay coking-petroleum coke hydrogen production combination technology in order to realize the aim of replacing oil by coke.
