摘要
为了满足通用性的要求,进行了特定场合对显示信号分配模块需求的调查。详细分析了VGA信号规范,依据用户最常见显示器尺寸规格,通过完整带宽计算,实现了VGA信号的多路分配。分析能源之星和TCO协议对显示设备能耗的规定,选择最佳控制信号实现高效切换功能。良好印制电路板设计,包括EMC及抗ESD设计、叠层设计、电源完整性和接地设计等,实现符合目标应用场合需求的功能模块。测试结果表明了该设计的有效性。
To meet the requirements of universal, investigation of requirements that the signal distribution module needs in special occasions are carried out. Firstly, a detailed analysis of the VGA signal specification is made, Based on the most common display size of monitors, by a complete calculation of the bandwidth the multi-channel VGA signal distribution is realized. To choose the most efficient control signal of the switch module, the energy star and TCO agreements on the display device power consumption requirements are analyzed secondly. Then through good printed circuit board design, including EMC and anti-ESD design, stack design, power integrity and grounding design etc., a functional modules that in line with the demands of the target occasions is designed. Finally, by testing and comparative experiment, the validity and efficiency of this design is demonstrated.
