HBV和HCV变异比例分析软件设计

摘要 研究了应用DNA测序峰形图定量和精细研究碱基变异分析的方法,根据碱基变异峰形图的面积比值,得出变异比例大小。采用相关Windows API函数获取碱基变异点处的DNA峰形图,对其进行清理多余线条及修补线条等处理,计算出不同峰形图的面积比值,并给出了软件的关键设计。回收实验结果以及临床数据表明,该软件采用的设计思想正确,检测准确度高,有良好的应用前景。 A quantitative analysis ofgene mutation by DNA sequencing peak shape is explored, with mutation percentage obtained based on area ratio of gene mutation peak shape. DNA peak shapes at gene mutation points are gained by adopting the related Windows API function. Area ratio of various peak shapes, with extra lines cleared offand some lines repaired, is calculated and the key design of the software is illustrated. Recycle experiment and clinical data revealed that the software, with correct design and high precision, has a sound annlication nrosnect.
